An online interview with a UK firefighter

What is the purpose of the interview?

How many people will be on the panel?
It depends on the service you are requesting to join. There can be 2, 3 or even 4 people on the panel. They can be a combination of uniformed and non-uniformed people. There may be someone on the panel from the human resources department to ensure that the interview is fair and consistent.
