Happy holiday to you and your loved ones! Thank you so much for allowing us to be a part of your career journey, especially at such interesting times. A lot has happened this year to everyone professionally, to say the least. We hope your family has remained healthy and safe over the past year.

To help you close the year 2021 (and for some of us let’s say see you later wholeheartedly), and call 2022 in the right way, we have it Rosh Hashanah list You can use.   1. Winnings and earnings in 2021 (list them all below, and mark the ones that have been completed and the ones that are incomplete and should be carried over to 2022):
  2. Breakthroughs and learning in 2021 (write it all down and ask yourself what will be different in 2022 as a result of these learning):

  1. What goals were not achieved? Do these goals still fit / belong on your list of goals?
  2. What losses or disappointments have you experienced, and is there anything you need to do to grieve them or close them yourself to move on?
