“Some of the corporations that support Black Lives Matter, and they give a lot of detail to their support for diversity. However, if we want to address racism in the workplace, we need to discuss racial micro-aggression – something that businesses rarely address.
Micro-aggression Defined as “short, common verbal, behavioral, and environmental insults, whether intentional or unintentional, that transmit mild and hostile, derogatory, or insulting insults to individuals and segregated groups.” God “Micro“Micro-aggression refers to person-to-person interactions, while ‘macro’ refers to systemic racism.
