Following a temporary transition online last year, we are excited to reopen our doors to a personal conference at the University of Warwick on Tuesday, July 5, 2022!
This year’s conference, brought to you by jobs.ac.uk, is exclusively geared towards university recruitment. HE Recruitment 2022 provides a unique platform for HR people to share best practices, learn about innovation in people strategy and gain insights from highly educated experts.
We strive to address the challenges of the sector, share new ideas and provide inspiration for your institution’s recruitment strategy. Representatives will have the opportunity to attend guest speaker presentations, participate in panel discussions and contact colleagues, while our dedicated staff will be on hand to provide assistance, to ensure you can make the most of your day.

Havas People, a leading talent communications agency, will showcase the latest digital marketing tactics to take your candidates’ attraction program to the next level. Natasha Kindt, Media Customer Services Manager, will share insights from her experience working with a variety of clients in and out of HE.
Jobs.ac.uk’s Emma Johnson will share the latest talent insights, including findings from our international job seekers survey for higher education. Use our insights to boost your recruitment activity and learn how to reach your target audience with our new candidate-attracting campaigns.
Do you have a burning question or challenge? Participate in the open forum of our HR managers to ask a selection of experts regarding recruitment, retention, personnel planning, EVP, welfare, hybrid work, professional development and more. In addition, we will hold networking sessions throughout the day and will soon announce the details for our case workshops at the university. These tailored sessions will allow you to gain insights from your HR and higher education fellowship projects.
